Our commitment
Durant Digital Agency is committed to making durant-da.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and similar provincial standards.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and meaningful link text throughout the Site
- Keyboard navigation support — every interactive element is reachable via Tab and operable with Enter / Space
- Visible focus states on all interactive elements
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
- Mobile-responsive layouts that scale text and don’t trap pinch-zoom
- Form inputs with associated labels and clear error messaging
- Image alternative text where the image carries meaning
Known limitations
We’re actively improving the Site. Areas we’re still working on:
- Some decorative animations don’t yet honour
prefers-reduced-motionconsistently - Third-party embedded content (if any) may not meet our standards
- Older case-study content may have less complete alternative text
How to report issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, please tell us — we want to fix it:
Email: info@durant-da.com
Subject line: Accessibility feedback
Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the device and assistive technology you’re using (if any), and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days.
Alternative formats
If you need information from this Site in an alternative format — large print, plain text, or read aloud — contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Changes
We review this statement at least once a year and after any significant Site update.
Note: This statement reflects our current best-effort accessibility commitments. A formal third-party WCAG audit is recommended before production launch.
