This Privacy Policy explains how Durant Digital Agency (“Durant,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit durant-da.com or submit one of our forms.

What we collect

When you submit a form on our site, we collect what you give us — typically:

  • Your name and email address
  • Optional details like company, phone number, website, industry, and project description
  • Your preferred meeting time, if you book a strategy call or build inquiry
  • Basic technical info captured automatically (the referring page, your approximate IP for rate-limiting, timestamp)

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule the call you requested, and follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox and stored in our website’s WordPress database for follow-up. Our website is hosted by Hostinger; transactional email is sent through a standard SMTP provider. Both providers handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal cookies — only what’s needed for the site to function (e.g. session cookies for forms). If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and add a consent banner where required.

Your rights under PIPEDA

If you’re in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act gives you the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it if it’s inaccurate, and request that we delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@durant-da.com.

Retention

We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, plus a reasonable archival period (typically up to 24 months). After that, records are deleted unless we have an active business relationship with you.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information: forms use TLS encryption in transit, our hosting provider maintains industry-standard server security, and access to our inbox and database is restricted to Durant staff.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice on our site.
